Donation process
Donations are made directly to the foundation's confirmed bank account. Completing the website form only sends a notification and does not confirm receipt.
Designated support
Where a donor indicates a cause or campaign, the foundation should make reasonable efforts to apply the gift accordingly while clearly explaining any necessary flexibility.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed individually against the circumstances of the donation and any funds already committed to programme activity.
Receipts and acknowledgements
Confirmed donations may be acknowledged after the foundation has manually verified the transfer.
